Cleary Building continues development

Cleary Building Corp opened an additional sales and production office July 14 in Post Falls, 285 N. Frederick Street, Suite B. It now has four offices in Idaho and 78 offices nationwide. This opening will create an additional eight to 10 jobs in sales and construction. Cleary Building Corp. is in the manufacturing, delivery and construction of customized pre-engineered structures.

Building applications include commercial, residential, suburban, farm and equine facilities along with metal roofing and re-roofs. The buildings consist of a wood frame with pre-painted steel panels used for roofing and siding.

Cleary Building Corp. is a family-owned company with 30 years in business.

Hours of operation in Post Falls are 8 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.

Making their mark

• Steve Parker, P.E., was hired as a project manager/senior electrical engineer at Trindera Engineering, an electrical and control systems engineering and consulting firm based in Coeur d'Alene. Parker has more than seven year's experience, specializing in project management for electrical engineering projects in the municipal and commercial industries.

His previous positions were with ArcSine Engineering, an electrical engineering firm in Redding, Calif., and CH2M Hill's Redding, Calif., branch.

• Maureen Moss was hired as a senior electrical designer at Trindera Engineering. She has more than 35 years of experience in electrical design and drafting, for projects in the municipal, industrial and commercial industries. She has worked for numerous consulting firms in the Northwest region. Trindera Engineering specializes in power systems, control systems, lighting systems and communication/technology systems, with an experienced, multi-dimensional staff that brings quality and versatility to every project.
